Agape Congregate Living is a privately-owned facility built to serve the needs of persons recovering from illness or injuries in an environment that feels like home. With 24-hour licensed nursing care, the medical needs of patients in recovery are effectively met while at the same time they, their families, and friends benefit from higher staffing ratios and more personalized care in a comfortable setting that promotes healing.

Individualized care and a high nurse-to-patient ratio are the hallmarks of Agape Congregate Living. We provide highly personalized assistance to those who have sustained variable injuries or illnesses on a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week basis.
We are a six-bed facility and all rooms are private. In addition, we offer a sub-acute level of care, as well as rehabilitative and long-term care options. Our customized care plans accommodate those with therapy needs, tracheostomy and ventilator care, and difficult-to-heal wounds requiring complex care.
Our non-institutional, home-like setting allows for maximum comfort and psychological well-being as we provide Subacute Care in Placentia, California. Agape Congregate Living offers the following services:
